DPF, DEF & emissionsmobile emissions repair in Miramar, FL

DPF, DEF and NOx faults that throw codes, force regens and pull power, fixed on site.

Modern diesels clean their own exhaust, and when that system acts up the truck lets you know: a warning light, a derate, a countdown to a speed limit or a regen that never finishes. Dash Power Workz handles emissions problems on site, covering the DPF, DEF and NOx side of the truck.

A lot of emissions codes come from the parts that watch the system rather than the system itself. A NOx sensor, an exhaust temperature sensor or a wiring harness cooked by exhaust heat can all set codes that look like a bad filter.

What we handle

  • DPF warnings and regens that won’t complete
  • DEF system faults: pumps, lines, heaters and dosing
  • NOx sensor faults
  • Derates and speed limits caused by emissions codes
  • EGR system codes
  • Sensors, wiring and connectors in the aftertreatment

Everything that comes out of those stacks gets measured.

Fix the cause, not just the filter

Frequent regens usually point to something upstream: injectors, a boost leak, an EGR problem or a sensor reading wrong. Cleaning or replacing the filter without fixing that just starts the clock again.

We look at the whole picture before recommending parts, so you’re not paying twice for the same light.

Good to know

DPF, DEF & emissions questions.

Why does my DPF keep filling up?

Something upstream is usually making extra soot, or a sensor is reading wrong. Finding that is the fix. A clean filter alone won’t last.

Can a bad sensor cause a derate?

Yes. A failed NOx or temperature sensor can put a truck into a derate even when the rest of the system is fine.
